Adam Eugene Lambert, 53, passed away on May 22, 2013 at his residence following a brief illness. Adam was a resident of the Birdtown Community in Cherokee.
Adam is the son of the late David E. Lambert and Golinda Saunooke Lambert and is preceded in death by a daughter, Caretta Lambert.
Adam is survived by his wife Carlotta Crowe; four children, Adam “Chris” Lambert, Michael Lambert, Celine Lambert and Bobby Allen Crowe; three brothers, Robert Bigmeat, John Ray Bigmeat, Chuck Lambert; one sister, Suzanne Bigmeat. Adam also leaves behind seven grandchildren.
Adam remained at Acquoni Baptist church until hour of service on Friday, May 24. Brother James “Bo” Parris officiated. An immediate burial took place in the Birdtown Cemetery with Elder Steve Dolbee handling the graveside services. Pall Bearers were David Brady, Steve Brady, Tom Saunooke, Dewayne Lossiah, Jamy Saunooke and Josh Lossiah. Honorary pall bearers are Bobby Crowe, Freeman Littlejohn and Darius Lambert.
